WHAT believes that the best way to build a long-lasting access to good health care in the underserved part of the world is to train and provide tools for local physicians.   In the last few years, we have worked with the vascular department of Cho Ray, the largest hospital in Vietnam with over three thousands beds.   We have held annual seminars and performed multiple vascular cases in Vietnam.   The vascular surgeons in Vietnam have also come to the US and rotate with Dr. Bui on the vascular surgery service.  We currently working with the Dignity Health in the US to further expand these type of educational exchanges to other specialties.
